This Privacy Policy explains how Riven Vessel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the premiere website at rivenvessel.com (the “Site”).
1. Who we are
Riven Vessel is a music project (Jeff and Judah). This Site shares premiere information, countdown timing, artwork, and links to our public social channels. It does not sell tickets or process payments.
2. Information we collect
We collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the Site:
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and request timestamps may be processed automatically by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to deliver and secure the Site.
- Usage data such as pages requested and referring URLs may appear in ordinary server or CDN logs.
- Information you choose to share if you contact us on Instagram or another linked platform (handled under that platform’s policies).
This Site does not require an account and does not collect names, emails, or payment details through forms on these pages.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this Site. The Site may
use sessionStorage in your browser only to remember that you
skipped or finished the intro animation. Third-party sites we link to
(for example Instagram) have their own cookies once you leave.

5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Limited technical data is processed by Cloudflare as our host/CDN. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Retention
CDN and security logs are retained according to Cloudflare’s standard practices and only as long as needed for operations, security, and legal obligations.
7. Your choices and requests
You can control cookies in your browser and stop using the Site at any time. For privacy requests about Site logs, email rivenvessel@outlook.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We will respond and work with our host as reasonably possible. You may also reach us on @rivenvessel_official.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
